We're tired and giddy, and not finished yet

No pix tonight, and not much text either. Here's what you need to know: Had a great day. Talk to you tomorrow. And post some comments, will you! Except for a few loyal fans (thanks Laurie, Trish, Steve and Mary), there's a big cone of silence out there.

Are the mountains blocking the transmissions? We're on strike until some more of you readers post.

Hi. I am really enjoying reading the travel journal and seeing the photos. I am a friend of Laura's in Roanoke, VA. What you are doing there is fantastic!
Best wishes.

What a wintery mess. And I thought Kabul was dismal in June! But I can still see the warmth and energy, which makes me wish I was there with you all. Those long days get tougher at the end of the week, so hang in there. Stay safe and warm.

Greetings from Cleveland, OH.

Wow! this is amazing... you guys are doing wonderful things.

Loved how the Kabul men thanked Kate's husband Steve! Steve, you are such a good guy for "letting" Kate go!

Anywya, to the group...please all keep warm and safe. Looking forward to more photos and stories...

Guess it pays to complain! A lot of messages today, When I got up this morning I was trying to think who I knew that might be interested in the BPeace mission and have come up with a few! Toni when you get back I have some names for you. I can't believe all that you have done and will continue to do when you get home. I hope that if you are in need of runners or anything when the women come to NY let me know!
Keep up with the pictures, they are as intersting as the sories. I sent the Blog to Nina and she e-mailed me right away about Shopping on Chicken Street!
Lots of love to everyone
Trish
